Federations of Trade Unions of Nine Provinces (Autonomous Regions) in Yellow River Basin Release Strategic Agreement to Strengthen Industrial Worker Innovation Exchange

On the morning of September 29, the 1st Innovation Exchange Conference for Industrial Workers in Ecological Conservation and High-quality Development of Yellow River Basin opened in Qihe County, Dezhou City. At the conference, the federations of trade unions of the nine provinces (autonomous regions) in the Yellow River Basin jointly released the Strategic Agreement on Innovation Exchange and Cooperation among Industrial Workers in the Ecological Conservation and High-quality Development of the Yellow River Basin.

Under the agreement, the federations of trade unions will work together to strengthen ideological and political guidance to industrial workers, build a platform to promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor and the spirit of craftsmanship, deliver labor competitions on the ecological conservation and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin, push forward worker innovation and benefit creation in the basin, build craftsman teams in the basin, improve supporting measures for industrial workers innovation, safeguard the lawful rights and interests of industrial workers, and establish a long-acting cooperation mechanism.

Guided by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU), hosted by the Department of Labor and Economic Work, ACFTU and the Shandong Federation of Trade Unions, the 1st Innovation Exchange Conference for Industrial Workers in Ecological Conservation and High-quality Development of Yellow River Basin aimed to promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor and the spirit of craftsmanship, continue to deepen the reform on the team building of industrial workers, fully arouse industrial workers' enthusiasm about innovation and benefit creation, and contribute wisdom and power to the ecological conservation and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
