Dezhou Goes All Out to Build Pilot City for Intelligent Construction

Dezhou is making great efforts to build a national pilot city for intelligent construction, foster a number of leading intelligent construction enterprises, and establish a policy system, management system and standard system for intelligent construction.

In recent years, Dezhou has pushed forward intelligent construction, studied out a policy system for intelligent construction, created a policy environment for intelligent construction, stepped up the cultivation of the intelligent construction industry, and promoted the leap of leading enterprises to the high end of the value chain with Tianqu New Area as the center and the intelligent construction of key prefabricated buildings as the carrier.

In fields such as building energy efficiency, industrialization and intelligence, Dezhou has established one national engineering technology research center, two national post-doctoral research stations and eight state-certified laboratories, and worked with the team of Academician Zhong Nanshan to initiate the State Key Laboratory of Respiratory Disease, the Industrial, Academic and Research Base and the Joint R&D Center.

Next, Dezhou will promote the standardized design, industrialized production, prefabricated construction, digital management and intelligent application of buildings. By 2025, it will basically establish a policy system and industrial system for the coordinated development of intelligent construction and building industrialization, and be up to leading domestic standards in terms of building industrialization, standardization and intelligence as planned.
