Shandong to Establish Dynamic Release Mechanism for Public Service Demonstration Platforms Serving Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative Enterprises

The central government planned to put in place total reward and subsidy funds of more than 10 billion from 2021 to 2025, to guide local governments in improving support policies and public service systems, and push for an increase in the number and quality of specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative "small giant" enterprises. Shandong will establish a dynamic release mechanism for public service demonstration platforms serving specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprises, to guide platforms in improving services and pooling funds, talents, technologies and other resources for the high-quality development of specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative "small giant" enterprises.

Among the first 17 key public service demonstration platforms serving specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative "small giant" enterprises are Zhenghe Technology Co., Ltd., Uniorange Design Co. Ltd., Jinan Public Service Platform for SME in Circulation and Shandong Gazelle Enterprises Development Association. According to the state regulations on reward fund use, these platforms focused on serving specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprises in 10 fields from 2021 to June 30, 2022, including policies, innovations and technologies, digital empowerment, industrial design, financing matchmaking (pre-listing tutoring), management consulting, market development, training, right safeguard by law and others (entrepreneurship, finance & tax and follow-up services for cultivated enterprises). Key "small giant" enterprises enjoyed point-to-point services.
