SDPFTZ Jinan Area Focuses on Building Industry Opening-up and Innovation Platform

First, building China-Europe (Jinan) Green Manufacturing Park: Jinan Area of China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone (SDPFTZ) has worked out an implementation plan for China-Europe (Jinan) Green Manufacturing Park, established an industrial park green index system covering 10 level-1 indexes and 34 level-2 indexes, and focused on building a domestically influential China-Europe industrial cooperation demonstration zone.

Second, building the country's first cross-border digital barter trade platform: SDPFTZ Jinan Area has held the Inaugural Ceremony of Cross-border Barter Valley & Launch Event of Cross-border Digital Barter Trade Platform of SDPFTZ Jinan Area, practiced customs declaration under the barter trade code (0130), and completed the customs clearance test for shirt-for-fabric cross-border barter trade, realizing the closed-loop management of customs clearance, taxation and foreign currency. Now Shandong is pushing forward business such as LCO-for-heavy-duty trucks.

Third, building a service platform for clinical practices of biomedical innovation: SDPFTZ Jinan Area has worked with the Shandong Public Health Clinical Center, to establish a public service system with clinical application as purpose, the expert committee and the ethics committee as support, national clinical trial institutions as carriers and institutional innovation as guarantee, served the R&D and transformation of advanced technologies, brought the bioartificial liver project into the stage of clinical research, and attracted a dozen domestic innovative advanced medical technology projects such as Wego Mass Spectrometer and Hong Kong AI-Powered Chronic Disease Assessment Based on Retina Image.
