Weifang Economic Zone Implements "Six-One" Dual Promotion & Introduction Mechanism

Weifang Economic Zone has implemented the "six-one" dual promotion & introduction mechanism in an all-out effort to open up a new path for investment promotion.

High-end equipment manufacturing: Supported by an internal professional investment promotion team and designated investment promotion commissioners, the park has conducted operation and investment promotion to attract industries such as intelligent manufacturing, equipment manufacturing, new materials and electronic information.

Biomedicine and medical devices: Supported by an internal professional investment promotion team and designated investment promotion commissioners, an industrial display center has been set up in the park to attract industries such as stem cell, diagnostic reagent, TCM and headquarters economy.

Digital economy: Supported by an internal professional investment promotion team and designated investment promotion commissioners, an industrial display center has been set up in the park to attract key enterprises in the upstream and downstream sectors of the digital economy industry.

Urban furniture: The park will attract key enterprises in upstream and downstream sectors such as industry, art design, IoT and mobile facilities manufacturing.

At the next stage, guided by the idea of "focusing on front domains, creating ecosystems, aggregating by chain, pursuing clustered development", Weifang Economic Zone will vigorously implement the "six-one" dual promotion & introduction mechanism, determined parks, formulated policies, set up industrial display centers and established special investment promotion teams for the development of superior leading industries such as high-end equipment manufacturing, biomedicine and medical devices, digital economy and urban furniture. It will conduct investment promotion with focus on creating, extending and strengthening industrial chains, to make leading industries grow bigger and stronger.
