To promote the creative transformation and innovative development of fine Chinese traditional culture, Taian City, Shandong Province has leveraged its resources advantage, to explore the rich connotation of Mount Tai culture, build a new highland for the inheritance and development of fine Chinese traditional culture, and expand the domestic and international popularity and influence of Mount Tai culture.

With the cultural industry as an inevitable choice of firming up cultural confidence and enhancing soft cultural strength, Taian has fully leveraged the cultural advantage of Mount Tai and gone all out to promote the high-quality development of the cultural industry. Based on its rich natural resources, unique location and industries, and other advantages, Taian has integrated resources of printing enterprises directly under the municipal committee and government, to build Mount Tai Press and Publishing Town, a leading player in the press and publishing chain, at the foot of Mount Tai.

Taian has pushed for the strengthening and extension of the cultural industry chain, sought breakthroughs in and opened up new prospects for building a featured modern industrial system, and created strong cultural industry clusters.
