Feicheng Develops Lithium Battery Industry Chain

Under the national strategy of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality", a broad prospect has been opened up for lithium batteries, a segment of new energy materials, equipment and energy storage. Driven by key players in chains, through extending and strengthening chains, Feicheng has acquired adequate lithium salt, sulfuric acid and steam, built sci-tech incubators and pilot bases, attracted a large number of lithium battery talents, and created an industrial cluster with a relatively sound industry chain, a prominent agglomerative advantage and a fast-expanding industrial scale.

Feicheng has made great efforts to build an integral industry chain covering lithium concentrate processing, lithium battery materials, lithium battery cathode materials, lithium battery manufacture, energy storage battery application and lithium battery recycling, pressing ahead with the development of the lithium battery industry chain. It has worked out the development plan for a lithium battery industry park according to the map for the lithium battery industry; in terms of industrial funding, it has set up special funds for R&D, VC funds for pilot tests and PE funds for industrialization; in terms of talent attraction, it has implemented the "Elite of Integrity" program, selected 7 types of high-end talents such as leading innovators and start-ups, and granted each selected talent a maximum subsidy of 1 million yuan; in terms of digitalization support, it has set up a special fund of not less than 50 million yuan to fully subsidize corporate digitalization.
