Heze Achieves Breakthroughs in Key Industries, Takes New Path for Staggered Development

In alignment with the development practices of Shandong's "ten key industries", Heze has made great efforts to develop "two core agricultural industries": biomedicine and high-end chemicals, "three superior industries": deep processing of agricultural and sideline products, electromechanical equipment manufacturing and business logistics, as well as "emerging industrial clusters" like new energy & new materials, next-generation information technology and modern services. These industries contribute 60% of the total added value of industrial enterprises above the designated size in Heze.

Heze has developed the new energy & new materials industry by bringing in and fostering a number of leading enterprises and supporting enterprises in key fields. There are currently a total of 131 new energy & new materials enterprises above the designated size in Heze. Heze has developed IoT, big data, AI and other fields of the next-generation information technology industry, with three parks accredited as provincial digital economic parks. Heze has sped up efforts to build a regional agglomeration area for new materials such as graphene, nano materials and new 5G materials. The installed capacity of Heze's new energy power generation accounts for 54.9% of the total installed capacity of its electric power generation.
