Shandong Province Promotes the Whole Industry Chain Development of New Construction Industrialization

Recently, six departments including the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Shandong Province jointly issued the "Opinion on Promoting the Whole Industry Chain Development of New Construction Industrialization". The "Opinion" proposed that by 2030 Shandong will create the formation of three RMB 100 billion level new construction industrialization industry clusters in the provincial capital, Jiaodong and Lunan.

Combined with the actual situation in Shandong Province, the "Opinion" proposed the development paths of industrialization, intelligence and green construction development. Shandong will prepare and implement a new type of building industrialization industry chain development plan, promote the development of industrial clustering. By 2025, it will cultivate the formation of more than 10 distinctive industrial clusters, and by 2030 create the formation of three RMB 100 billion level new construction industrialization industry clusters in the provincial capital, Jiaodong and Lunan.

The development of new industries is inseparable from the support of policies. The "Opinion" draws on the experience of advanced provinces and cities, and proposes supporting policies covering planning, science and technology, finance, human resources, finance, environmental protection, engineering construction, commercial housing pre-sale, award declaration, etc., of which many supporting policies are proposed for the first time in Shandong. For example, support the qualified high-level talents in the field of new construction industrialization to declare national and provincial key talent projects.
