Dezhou: High-quality Development of Strategic Emerging Industries with Strong Advantages

The 16th Party Congress of Dezhou city put forward that Dezhou will expand the leading industry, take the "triple-triple" action plan (prioritize the development of three key industries, three strategic pioneer industries and three new service industries) as the lead, and improve the "chain leader system" (strengthen the responsibility of the industry chain). In the next five years, it will focus on strategic leading industries and strive for the electronic information and new materials industry to reach RMB 100 billion level.

In recent years, Dezhou actively carries out industrial chain investment, introduces key leading enterprises and supporting projects, adheres to industrial planning as the leader, takes cultivating and expanding the electronic information industry as the main development direction. It seizes the opportunity of relocating electronic enterprises from Shenzhen, focuses on complementing and strengthening the production chain, and focuses on attracting electronic information and other leading industrial projects. Related projects involve millimeter-wave radar, LCD module manufacturing, magnetron sputtering vacuum coating, precision molds, micro motors, energy storage management and other technologies. The electronic information materials industry cluster of Dezhou Economic Development Zone, which includes two modules of electronic information manufacturing, software and information technology services, has taken shape. At present, the development of strategic emerging industry clusters in Dezhou shows the momentum of catching up afterwards.
