Recently, Qingdao Culture and Tourism Bureau and Qingdao Municipal Finance Bureau jointly issued the "Implementation Rules on Promoting High-Quality Development of Cultural Industry and Tourism", which further explains the content of the previously released "Several Measures" and specifies the conditions and criteria for the declaration of the "Reward" for cultural tourism enterprises.

The relevant officials of the Culture and Tourism Bureau said that the development of this industrial policy measures, financial support at all levels is greater, such as: in enriching and expanding the supply of cultural and tourism products, support the creation of world-class tourism scenic spots, the newly rated 5A and 4A scenic spots will be given an award of RMB 10 million and RMB 2 million respectively; support the attraction of large projects in the cultural tourism industry, subsidize the project pre-planning and design fees: 50% subsidy for an investment of RMB 1 billion, up to RMB 5 million, 30% subsidy for an investment of RMB 300 million - RMB 1 billion, up to RMB 3 million; 10% subsidy for an investment of RMB 100 million - RMB 300 million, up to 1 RMB million.

In the specific "Implementation Rules", there are clear regulations from supporting standards, application conditions, to application materials and application review procedures. Qualified cultural and tourism enterprises are welcome to apply actively according to the specific procedures, conditions, standards and time.
