Shandong Plans to Carry out the Cultivation and Identification of Intelligent Manufacturing for Four Consecutive Years

As one of the provinces with the most industrial categories, the most solid foundation, the most perfect structure and the most complete supporting facilities in China, in recent years, Shandong has taken the manufacturing industry as the foundation of a strong province, the key to revitalizing the province and the move to enrich the province, and has been the leader in promoting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.

In order to further standardize the cultivation of intelligent factories and suppliers, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province recently prepared and issued the "Measures of Shandong Province on the Cultivation and Identification of Digital Workshops under Intelligent Manufacturing" and "Measures of Shandong Province on the Cultivation and Identification of Solution Provider under Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing". The Measures will take effect on April 30, 2022 and remain in force until December 31, 2025.

According to the "Measures", from this year, around key industries, Shandong will continuously carry out the identification of the intelligent manufacturing scenario and the digital workshop, the cultivation and identification of intelligent plant and the identification of intelligent manufacturing system solutions provider for four years, as well as support in technical innovation, cooperative innovation, supply and demand docking, talent cultivation, and financing docking, etc.

The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province prepared and issued the Measures, aiming to further standardize the cultivation of intelligent factories and suppliers, accelerate the improvement of the supply capacity and development level of intelligent manufacturing in Shandong Province, and promote the digitalization, networking, intelligent transformation, upgrading and high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
