As the first China-South Korea national science and technology project in Shandong, the China-South Korea Science and Technology Incubation and Cooperation Base in China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Yantai Area has set up a new platform for science and technology exchange, transfer of achievements, and cooperation in R&D between China and South Korea. At present, a total of 19 South Korean science and innovation enterprises have settled in the base, and their business scope covers artificial intelligence, data platform development, multiple purification and filtration, aerial imaging, carbon fiber recycling, pet food development, etc. Recently, Lanyou(Yantai) Software Technology Co., Ltd. and Biaibo(Yantai) Cultural Media Service Co., Ltd. obtained business licenses, marking the arrival of two more high-potential science and innovation enterprises at the China-South Korea Science and Technology Incubation and Cooperation Base.

As a China-Japan economic and cultural "Meeting room", the China-Japan Economic and Cultural Exchange Center is committed to becoming an important carrier for investment promotion in the China-Japan Industrial Park, and a model for the exchange of people and economic and cultural exchanges between China and Japan. Focusing on the fields of China-Japan creative design, animation and games, culture and education, medical services, etc., it has built up a China-Japan modern service integration practice area with the richest Japanese elements, the most prominent achievements and the closest China-Japan cooperation in China.

For the next step, Yantai Area will seize the opportunity of RCEP coming into effect, take the initiative to align with CPTPP, DEPA and other new rules of international economic and trade cooperation, boldly explore system-based open innovation, focus on high-end industrial cooperation, and aim to expand the common market to become a "bridgehead" for cooperation between China, Japan and South Korea.
