Shandong Launches "High-level Talent Service Standardization Improvement Action"

On the morning of December 31, the Organization Department of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Shandong Province, the Shandong Administration for Market Regulation and SD Talent Group jointly delivered the launch ceremony of "Shandong High-level Talent Service Standardization Improvement Action". At the ceremony, the Specifications for High-level Talent Services in Shandong Province, China's first provincial local specifications for high-level talent services, were released.

The Specifications, which will come into effect as of January 27, 2022, focus on green channel services for high-level talents, take a systematic account of the province's policies and levels of high-level talent services, set specific standards and requirements for high-level talent service agencies, service staff, service modes, service processes, service evaluation and improvement, and aim to specify service items, standardize service behavior and digitalize service results.

The "Shandong High-level Talent Service Alliance", initiated by 90 governmental public service organizations, social organizations and market service agencies, was inaugurated at the ceremony.

To create a favorable ecology for talent development, the "Platform for Implementation of Integrated Talent Service Policies in Shandong Province" was launched today. With focus on talent introduction, cultivation, retention, use and service, the platform has integrated governmental public service resources with quality social service resources, to provide talents with targeted, customized, convenient and integrated services in four sectors: talent policy interpretation, talent project application, public services for talents and social services for talents.
