To enhance exchanges and interaction between Dezhou and Guangdong-HK-Macao Greater Bay Area and provide whole-process service, Dezhou held the ceremony in Shenzhen on November 23 to inaugurate its investment & talent attraction office in the region, which also functioned as the Dezhou (Shenzhen) Investment Attraction Meeting. The event was attended and addressed by Ms. Zhang Gui’ai, the Vice Mayor of Dezhou and Mr. Wang Lixin, President of Shandong Chamber of Commerce in Shenzhen and Chairman of Donghua Holding Group Co., Ltd.

In her speech, Ms. Zhang Gui’ai said the Guangdong-HK-Macao Greater Bay Area, as the forefront of China’s opening-up and reform policy, has been the window to the outside world and one of the engines for the economic growth in China. Dezhou not only has unique advantages in location and platform, but also has full range of industries, low production cost, and positive business environment. As a result, it is well positioned to partner with the Guangdong-HK-Macao Greater Bay Area and enhance regional cooperation. Dezhou has established its investment & talent attraction office in Guangdong-HK-Macao Greater Bay Area, which is designed to deepen exchanges and cooperation with the region and seek win-win growth.  

During the event, Shandong Chamber of Commerce in Shenzhen signed agreement of cooperation with Dezhou Municipal Bureau of Investment Promotion. After playing the video clip entitled Building Dream in Dezhou, Ms. Wang Yanyan, the Deputy Director of Dezhou Municipal Bureau of Investment Promotion made presentations on the investment environment, key industries and investment-promotion policies in the city before giving the floor to Shenzhen entrepreneurs.

In the future, Shandong Chamber of Commerce in Shenzhen will continue to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with relevant departments of Dezhou, gather resources, play the role of platform, and get based in Shenzhen and Guangdong-HK-Macao Greater Bay Area. At the same time, it will take advantages of Shenzhen’s leading demo area, and fully support the investment & talent attraction in Dezhou, so as to encourage and guide more projects, funds and talents to come to Dezhou, thus contributing to the investment & talent attraction in the city.
