Foreign Capital Used in Shandong 30% Higher than Nationwide Level, Why It is Possible?

The statistics by Department of Commerce of Shandong Province show that there are 1,074 newly established foreign invested companies in Shandong from January to May 2021, 31.5% up YOY. The foreign capital actually used registers USD 8.32 billion dollars, 70.7% up YOY, 30.9% higher than the nationwide level, ranking No.1 amongst the top 6 provinces and municipalities in using the foreign capital. The amazing performance in the first five months is continued by the earlier sound momentum, wherein there are two noteworthy highlights as follows,

The foreign capital used by the following eight cities in Shandong Province has achieved multiplying growth: 1275% in Liaocheng, 625.4% in Jining, 585.8% in Heze, 310.7% in Taian, 279.5% in Linyi, 184% in Dezhou, 142.5% in Weifang and 103.1% in Binzhou respectively in this regard.
