Job Responsibilities:

1. The applicant should establish and improve quality system documents according to IATF16949 standard and quality manual, formulate documents for regular diagnosis and improvement of operation and maintenance activities, and guarantee the suitability and effectiveness of quality management system;

2. The applicant should organize external and internal audit of systems and processes according to IATF16949 standard, VDA6.3 standard and other standards, formulate problem correction measures, and promote the continuous improvement of quality management system as well as the enhancement of manufacturing process capability.

3. The applicant should improve the change point management system, refine the change point management process, organize the review of change points on a regularly basis to implement key control measures for special change points, and ensure the product quality not to vary due to changes.
