The planning area is east to Jianshe Road, west to Luohe River, north to Luliang Business and south to South Ring Road, with a total planned area of about 5 square kilometers and a total construction area of 2.94 million square meters. It mainly builds standardized factory buildings and food display centers. Buildings such as information release centers, R&D centers, and market logistics centers. There are eight main functional areas of logistics storage and transportation business center and public service platform.
After the completion of the park, the annual sales income will reach 13 billion yuan and the tax revenue will reach 360 million yuan. 5,000 people will be employed.
According to the industrial layout, the project is going to introduce some branded,high-end and standardized food enterprises, integrating storage, logistics, exhibition, e-commerce and other formats. To increase the introduction of high value-added food projects, such as functional food, leisure food, personalized food, health care food, etc.
