The project plans to make use of 500 mu of land reclaimed in the eastern mountainous area of Liuzhuang Village and "Jiushan" to build 5 modern sightseeing and leisure experience areas, including agricultural experience area, fruit and vegetable picking area, seedling flower area, leisure fishing area, food experience area, supporting related pipelines, hardening and Others infrastructure. After the completion of the project, the collection of sightseeing tourism leisure and integration has a strong attraction to tourists, but also speeds up the land circulation of Liu Zhuang villiage, increases the collective income, promotes the revitalization of the countryside, and has a strong economic benefit. Inaddition, the project uses reclaimed land for sightseeing and tourism development, agricultural development to protect the environment, ecological engineering construction has played an important demonstration. The total investment of the project is 100 million yuan. After the completion of the project, it is expected that the annual sales revenue will be 80 million yuan, profits and taxes will be 20 million yuan, employment will be increased by 80 people, and the return period of investment will be 5 years.
