At present, the production capacity of power lithium battery is rapidly expanding, and the production capacity of lithium battery diaphragm as the main material is lagging behind. Therefore, the construction of lithium battery diaphragm production project is imperative. This project takes polyethylene as the main raw material to prepare the membrane material of microporous lithium ion battery. The product has higher porosity, lower resistance, higher tear strength, better acid and alkali resistance and good elasticity, which can completely replace similar imported products.
It is planned to cover an area of 200 mu, mainly building 30,000 square meters of production workshops and auxiliary workshops, and 80,000 square meters of supporting facilities such as research and development center, testing center, warehousing and machine repair workshop. There are 13 new microporous diaphragm production lines, including 12 dry production lines and 1 wet production line, with an annual output of 96 million square meters of lithium battery diaphragm.
The total investment is 3 billion yuan.After completion, the project is expected to achieve sales revenue of 6 billion yuan, profits and taxes of 750 million yuan, and increase employment of 300 people.
