Shandong Rundu Industrial Development Co., Ltd. was established in June 2017 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. It is located in Dongdu Town, which needs to develop industries to revitalize the local economy due to the depletion of coal resources. As a key project introduced by Dongdu Town, Hubei Chuheng Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd., the investor of Qilu Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, has accumulated hundreds of high-quality enterprise resources during the construction and operation of industrial parks for many years. Upon completion of the construction, the park can be put into use directly, providing continuous tax support for the local economic development and more than 10,000 jobs which directly drives the development of the local economy. The project covers an area of about 600 mu, with a construction area of 400,000 square meters. It is divided into two parts: the southern area and the northern area. It is composed of "four cores, eight areas and four centers". Four cores refers to the functional cores of industry, including: ① precision machinery processing, ② metal surface treatment, ③ high-precision heat treatment, and ④ precision alloy casting. Eight zones include: ① precision machinery processing zone; ② intelligent auto parts and equipment parts production zone; ③ standard parts and engineering parts processing production zone; ④ electronic components production zone; ⑤ metal surface treatment zone; ⑥ high-precision heat treatment zone; ⑦ precision alloy casting zone; and ⑧ public service management supporting area. Four centers include: ① provincial industrial parts testing center; ② industrial waste treatment center; ③ scientific and technological research and development center; ④ equipment, materials, accessories and consumables trading center (material supermarket).
It is estimated that about 100 enterprises will be invested to settle in the park, achieving an annual sales income of 6 billion yuan, the annual profit and tax of 600 million yuan, and providing 10,000 jobs opportunities.
