1. Shandong Qiruisi New Material Co., Ltd. introduced the special coating production line of Komatsu of Japan, and the project with an annual output of 10 billion meters of diamond wire has been completed and put into production. Under the condition of the shortage of silicon material and diamond wire in the photovoltaic industry, the sufficient production capacity can not only barter (silicon material for diamond wire, silicon wafer for silicon wire, etc.) with the manufacturers outside the region to the enterprises in the region, but also directly meet the needs of the enterprises in the park for slicing wires, thus providing a solid industrial foundation for other projects in the industrial park. 2. Jinxiang Economic Development Zone has municipal power transmission and distribution industrial clusters, which can provide professional supporting equipment and skilled workers for the production of photovoltaic power stations. 3. Jinxiang County attaches great importance to the development of photovoltaic industry and plans to cultivate the photovoltaic industry as a pillar industry of the county economy. This project has been listed as a key construction project of the county to be supported. Specialists have been assigned to set up a leading group to coordinate the preferential policies of financial institutions such as providing maximum fund-raising convenience and talents for the project. 4. At present, the overall planning and design of the photovoltaic industrial park has been completed, and the upstream and downstream enterprises of the photovoltaic industry chain are being attracted around the project of diamond wire, and preliminary cooperation intentions have been reached with 3 enterprises.
Photovoltaic industrial park is located in Jinxiang Jingkai District Equipment Manufacturing Park, with a total planned land area of 868mu. In addition to silicon production, a full-scale PV industrial chain park with a planned capacity of 5GW will be built, which integrates production and application ends such as diamond, diamond wire bus, silicon wafer, battery piece, component production, and power station construction. The Phase I of Qiruisi project covers a total land area of 270mu, with 50,000 square meters of newly-built workshop and rebuilt old workshop, mainly used for the production of diamond micro-powder, diamond wire bus and diamond wire saw.
1. Jinxiang is located at the junction of Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan and Shandong Provinces, with obvious geographical advantages. With the increase of environmental protection, Jinxiang is suitable for the development of photovoltaic industry, with huge market potential in the surrounding areas. 2. The basic diamond cutting wire under construction belongs to the supporting products of the new energy photovoltaic industry. The products have the advantages of high quality, high efficiency, energy saving and high reliability, and belong to the new manufacturing industry. The production technology of diamond wire imported from Komatsu is the most advanced cutting blade technology in the world at present. The diamond wire produced by Komatsu has been highly appraised by the market and is one of the best quality diamond wire products in the world. 3. With the more and more serious shortage of energy and environmental pollution, the photovoltaic industry has become a new industry of common concern and key development. The installed capacity of China's solar photovoltaic power generation will reach 416GW by 2022.
