At present, the new chemical materials manufacturing enterprises and their products stationed in Diao Town Chemical Industry Park include: Resin matrix composites of Shandong SQ New Materials Co., Ltd., fluorocarbon coatings of Jinan Hualin Chemical Co., Ltd., fluororesins and monomers of SHANDONG HUAFU FLUORO-CHEMICAL CO., LTD., polymethyl methacrylate sheets of Jinan Tengda Acrylic Sheet Factory, etc. In particular, with the completion and commissioning of the new graphene materials project of Jinan SQ Group Co., Ltd. and the new materials project of Shandong Minghua Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (polyphenylene sulfide fiber and polyimide), The scale effect and industrial agglomeration effect of new chemical materials in Diao Town Chemical Industry Park have been enhanced constantly, and it has become an important production and R&D base of new chemical materials in Jinan. Next, the park will be based on the products of existing enterprises and devices under construction or to be built, with the improvement of industrial chain, product upgrading and industrial development as the main line, maintain the existing scale of basic chemical industry by vigorously developing new chemical materials, and pay attention to the new planning project complement chain effect and upstream and downstream extension, form a complete product structure, close industrial chain structure, enhance the overall competitiveness of the park, and make every effort to build Diao Town Chemical Industry Park chemical new materials and biochemical new industrialization industrial base. Industrial design coordinates industrial chain, value chain and innovation chain: Industry chain to highlight the growth of the main line, focus on larger and stronger, improve the total amount and influence; Value chain to highlight profit-making as the main line, focus on refinement and depth, improve the premium; Innovation chain to highlight the lead as the main line, focus on doing special excellence, improve the stamina. On the basis of "three chains", through "integration (chemical fertilizer, basic chemical industry, biochemical industry), introduction (new chemical materials, electronic chemicals), promotion (fine chemical industry, others)", we will strive to build several ten billion industrial clusters, and form the industrial layout of "multi-chain in one region" and "multi-specialty in one region". Jinan Diao Town Chemical Industry Park is located in the western part of Diao Town. On January 10, 2019, the park was successfully recognized by the provincial park. The planned area is 15.74 square kilometers and the starting area is 6.51 square kilometers. The park is close to 308 National Highway and G20 Expressway, with 242 snd 244 Provincial Highways, 20 kilometers away from Jinan Airport and 8 kilometers away from Zhangqiu North High-speed Railway Station. The park enjoys convenient transportation and obvious geographical advantages. The Park has improved the overall development plan, industrial development plan, safety risk assessment, environmental impact report, water resources demonstration, emergency plan for production safety accidents, emergency plan for unexpected environmental events and other plans, special evaluations and special plans, which shall be approved or put on record by relevant functional departments. It is recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the China Torch Program Organic Polymer Materials Characteristic Industrial Base.
