This project is planned to invest RMB35 million, including fixed assets investment of RMB29 million, which is mainly used to expand the hardware and software facilities of new Sushi ginger slices. The total construction area is 7000 square meters, and 19 sets of equipment (sets) are purchased. The production mode of the project is to build a factory and produce in strict accordance with the requirements of BRC, IFS, HACCP and other quality traceability systems. At present, the Company is cooperating with Sichuan Food Fermentation Industry and Design Institute to research and develop natural sugar sushi, ginger slices and other related products. At present, the product has entered a small trial production stage, some customers in Europe, the United States and other parts of the procurement, the market prospect is broad.

However, with the globalization of economy and trade and the development of related science and technology, the research on derivative development and technological innovation of ginger and ginger products has become an inevitable trend in the ginger products industry at home and abroad.
