"Overseas Chinese Dream Garden" is an important part of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council. It serves the country's major development strategies, guides overseas Chinese to participate in China's construction, shares development opportunities, and creates an innovative situation for 10,000 overseas Chinese. In the essence of China's major development strategy, we will work together with local governments to build a model overseas Chinese industrial agglomeration zone and an innovation and entrepreneurship base for overseas Chinese. The planned total area of "Overseas Chinese Dream Garden" in Jinan is 366 square kilometers, with "one district and one garden" as the main position, that is, with Jinan High-Tech Industrial Development Zone (300 square kilometers) as the core and main body, and Huaiyin Science and Technology Industrial Park (66 square kilometers) as the industrial supporting and expanding area, forming an integrated development pattern of mutual supplement and staggered development.
