The project cooperates with Peking Union Medical College Hospital to carry out the whole-process Healthcare & elderly care project for the management of major chronic diseases of the masses, to carry out resource sharing cooperation with many well-known hospitals, to apply the most advanced IT technology to realize the efficient management of digital intelligent hospitals, and to implement telemedicine and intelligent services. The cooperation mode mainly includes expert consultation, clinical teaching, video teaching, conference discussion, medical skill training, etc., which is conducive to the introduction of the latest achievements in chronic disease treatment at home and abroad.
Covering an area of 210 mu and a construction area of 75,000 square meters, it will build out-patient wards, whole-process health management centers for major chronic diseases, rehabilitation centers, medical technology academic halls and elderly care centers, and purchase first-class domestic medical services, health management and rehabilitation, elderly apartment equipment and intelligent information systems. After the completion of this project, 800 beds will be provided. And 1,214 beds will be provided in the elderly care center.
After the completion of the project, 350,000 persons of annual diagnosis and treatment, 30,000 persons of hospitalization, 54,000 persons of physical examination and 6,000 persons of rehabilitation and physical therapy can be realized, which will greatly improve the service capabilities of medical care, health management and Healthcare & elderly care for the elderly in the local and surrounding areas of shan county. After the operation of the project, the annual sales revenue will be RMB 490 million, the profit RMB 130 million, and the tax revenue RMB 70 million.
