The project is located in Yantai Laizhou Binhai Ecological Provincial Tourism Resort. The resort is surrounded by the bay and has nearly 20,000 mu of black pine forest. The air is fresh and the environment is beautiful. The Binhai New Area on the south side has 10,000 mu of construction land. Laizhou has a good overall economic foundation and has been awarded the title of National Top 100 County for 6 consecutive years. In addition, it has a good machining foundation and complete supporting facilities.
The planned area is 765 mu, mainly for the construction of “one core” or industrial research institute. The “two wings” means the exchange exhibition center and the warehouse logistics center. The “three bases” are the processing and production base, the business office base and the living supporting base.
It is estimated that the project will attract about 200-400 enterprises, solve the employment of 10,000 people, achieve a total production value of over 10 billion, and tax revenue of over 1 billion after the completion of the operation.
