the reformer combined unit adopts the technology of UP company in the United States, the PA unit adopts the technology of P company in the United Kingdom, and the polyester unit adopts the technology of spinning institute, all of which have reached the international advanced level.
The main construction of 1 million tons/year continuous restructuring, 1 million tons/year PTA, 800,000 tons/year polyester production equipment, supporting storage and transportation tank area, loading and unloading truck sewage pretreatment, power station, warehouse and other public facilities.
The process energy consumption is low, including the energy consumption of 280kg standard oil/ton product of the reforming joint unit, which is about 200kg standard oil/ton product lower than that of similar domestic units. The energy consumption of PTA plant is about 45kg of standard oil/ton of PA products, which is 35 kg of standard oil/ton of PTA products lower than the "limit of energy consumption per unit product of refined terephthalic acid" (831532015). Poly products include filament polyester, staple polyester bottle piece polyester and diaphragm polyester products, in which the diaphragm polyester products have high strength, good rigidity, strong toughness, transparency, gloss and other characteristics. At present, domestic demand for the film polyester growth faster, in some areas can replace BOPP film.
