The project is located in the south of Xinshi Railway, west of Jiguang Expressway, east of Dinghu Road and north of Huaihe Road. It is about 20km away from Heze City Center and 0.5km away from the access of Jiguang Expressway. Heze is located at the junction of Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan and Anhui provinces. Heze is an important logistics node city connecting the east with the west and connecting the south with the north. The Beijing-Kowloon Railway and the Xinyanshi Railway meet here in a cross shape. The hash-shaped highway network has taken shape initially. The Zhushui River waterway will soon be renovated. Heze Mudan Airport, high-speed railway and other projects are accelerating. A comprehensive three-dimensional transportation system has taken shape initially. Heze is about to build a transportation network that integrates highway transportation, railway transportation, water transportation and air transportation in all directions.
The project covers an area of 4,500 mu. It includes 11 functional areas, namely petrochemical oil product logistics area, cold chain logistics operation area, car loading and unloading area, bulk package operation area, bulk and container operation area, parking area, small package logistics and distribution area, small product highway logistics and distribution area, customs supervision station operation area, distribution processing area and comprehensive service area. The main construction areas cover 22.72Km of dedicated track laying, 166,000㎡ of supporting production and living houses, 978,900㎡ of roads and hardened roads and other related supporting facilities.
After being put into production, it can accept more than 500 merchants each year, realizing operating income of RMB 5 billion, tax revenue of RMB 250 million and profit of RMB 510 million.
