The third generation of broad-spectrum cephalosporins for oral administration of cefpodoxime proxetil is a prodrug of cefpodoxime. The synthesis process of cefpodoxime pivoxil is extremely complex. The main domestic manufacturers have stopped producing and selling bulk drugs due to unstable production process and other reasons. Our dapagliflozin project has now completed a pilot study, and is currently conducting registry research and kilogram research. the project technology is at the international advanced level, with one inventive patent and the project technology is at the domestic leading level.
The project adopts a new synthetic process of dapagliflozin and patented technology of "preparation method of cephalosporin intermediate7-amino-3-methoxymethyl-2-cephem-2-carboxylic acid". the product is 150 tons of sterile raw materials annually, including 15 tons of dapagliflozin sterile crude materials and 135 tons of cefpodoxime proxetil. Mainly through the introduction of freeze-drying machines, the purchase of scraper mills, multi-stage water purification machines and other advanced equipment at home and abroad, the new aseptic workshop meeting the requirements of the European Union will reach a production capacity of 150 tons per year.
Annual sales income will reach RMB 300 million, and profits and taxes RMB 50 million.
