The high-end petrochemical industry base is located in Xiaying Chemical Industry Park, which has complete infrastructure and strong bearing capacity. Taking the successful incorporation of Changyi Petrochemical New Materials Industrial Park into the Development Plan of North Shandong High-end Petrochemical Industrial Bases (2018-2025) as an opportunity, it invited Surbana Jurong to carry out overall planning and scientific development.
