Shandong Hometown Cold Chain Logistics Project uses the original factory building to rebuild the cold storage, processing workshops, refrigeration room, pump room and other supporting houses; the project is constructed in the way of overall planning, phased implementation and rolling development. The project plans to build 50,000 tons of cold storage facilities of 50,000 square meters and office buildings of 3,600 square meters. The project is divided into four phases, all of which are frame steel structures. In the first phase of the project, 8000 tons of 1 × refrigerated warehouse, 10 × refrigerated machine room, 11 × pump room and fire pool were constructed. The construction started in June 2017, and the civil construction, decoration works, equipment installation and commissioning of the project were completed successively, which has been put into use. The second phase of the project has been started as planned, and 20000 tons of refrigerated warehouses are planned to be built in the second phase. The third phase of 7000 ton cold storage project is planned to start in April 2020, and the fourth phase of 15000 ton cold storage project is planned to be completed and put into operation in July 2022. The project has a fixed number of 30 people, consisting of technical backbone and professional staff who have received professional training. In addition, the company has 200 mu of reserved development land to be developed in cooperation with customers.
The annual sales income is expected to be 25.075 million yuan, and the profit is expected to be 5,632,800 yuan.
