Weihai (Rongcheng) Marine High-tech Industrial Park was approved as the seventh batch of national agricultural science and technology parks in December 2015. It is a demonstration zone of agricultural high-tech industry and a characteristic park of marine bio-technology industry in Shandong Province. Focus on the construction of marine economy and modern park, optimize the industrial development sector and spatial structure of the park, enhance the public service support capability of the park's industry, a scientific research incubator project was launched in 2017, including a comprehensive industrial center, an experimental center, a scientific research incubator center, a smart service center and a comprehensive service center, which will bring more high-tech enterprises into the park and promote the agglomeration and large-scale development of marine biotech enterprises in the park.
Weihai (Rongcheng) Scientific Research Incubator of Ocean High-tech Park Project has a total investment of RMB180 million and a total construction area of 54,000 square meters. It will build a R&D incubation center, a comprehensive service center, a comprehensive industrial center and a youth activity center to provide catering, housing, entertainment and other living services for young employees.
Adopting the methods of government purchase service and equity cooperation, we will introduce professional organizations with excellent service concept and outstanding business ability to carry out overall operation or single business operation around the R&D service center, comprehensive service center, industrial comprehensive center and youth activity center in the scientific research incubator, so as to improve the overall service level of the scientific research incubator.
